Khidmah has won a contract for five additional properties with Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) for its FM services.
Services include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and civil maintenance with the help of 23 technicians, three team leaders and one facilities manager.
Khidmah will also support ADJD management in managing different contractors on sites and taking over different scope of works.

“This really reinforces our effectiveness in combining good quality services and competitive price,” said Abdulla Al Qamzi, managing director of Khidmah.
“Our demonstrated performance, frequent communications and dedicated feedback system helped us gaining the contract for these additional properties.
“We are pleased to serve these units in Al Ain. Not to mention how proud we are to win the contract for additional properties from a client like Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.”
Khidmah won the contract through a highly competitive tendering process.
The company originally won a contract with ADJD on July 1, 2010 to manage 19 properties.
Today it manages 24 properties, with an increase of 26%. These properties are located in Abu Dhabi, Western Region and Al Ain.
A detailed communication strategy and update sessions with its ADJD team helped Khidmah, increase the performance levels of its FM services for the client.
