Cloud Concept in Dubai is looking to recruit more staff as it plans to open an office in Saudi Arabia.

The company offers cloud computing solutions by salesforce.com, Google Apps, and Amazon Web Services and says it has the largest team of salesforce.com certified consultants, administrators, and developers in the Gulf.

It also promotes its own cloud computing products: facilitycloud: a solution to help facilities management companies cut their costs and improve their services by managing maintenance requests, work orders, inventories, and online customer services and TaskIt!: a Salesforce CRM app that assigns and tracks tasks to persons that are not users, such as vendors, partners, or colleagues in the same company.

“We currently have 10 staff members, including technical, consulting, and administrative. We are actively recruiting more staff to meet the increasing demand for our cloud computing service,” said Sami Caracand, business development manager, Cloud Concept.

“We use Google Apps for ourselves and help customers migrate to Google from legacy applications. We have a presence in UAE and Egypt and are planning on having a presence in Saudi Arabia soon.”

The company was set up in March 2009 and customers include United Arab Shipping Company, Abu Dhabi Aviation, and Thuraya Telecommunications Company.

“We are a dedicated cloud computing company. We do not sell hardware. We do not sell software. We only provide cloud computing products and services. Because of our focus, we have no conflict of interest when serving customers.
We believe we are the only company in the region with exclusive focus on cloud computing,” added Caracand.

The firm’s services include salesforce.com as its partner for customer relations and platform-as-a-service, Amazon Web Services for infrastructure-as-a-service, Google Apps for enterprise collaboration solutions, FinancialForce for financial applications and Propertybase, its partner for real estate solutions.

“Cloud Concept is fully focused on the Middle East. We are the first dedicated cloud computing consulting firm in the market and are also registered partners with salesforce.com, Google Apps and Amazon Web Services - the three biggest players in the Cloud Computing space.”
