ACC to build Elite

ACC has won a US $164.7 million (AED605 million) contract from developer Tameer Holding to construct the Elite Residence in Dubai Marina.

The 380m tall, 91-storey Elite Residence will cover an area of 135,760m² and will include 82 residential floors, four car parking floors and four basements. Construction of the project is expected to take around 30 months.
