The effort to bring the Fukushima’s Number 1 nuclear power reactor under control is continuing in Japan with equipment, materials and experts flying in from across the globe.

CWonline reported last week that Sany Heavy Industries Co has donated a truck-mounted concrete pump, worth 80 million yen, to Japan.

This been joined by Putzmeister which has sent a PI 1628 concrete air-compressor to spray water into temporary storage pools for spent nuclear fuel rods.
