“It really is a great place to be,” said Churchill, who previously worked for one of Emrill’s three shareholders, Carillion in the UK for 10 years. The other two shareholders are Al Futtaim and Emaar.
“As managing director, Emrill is my most exciting role to date and the company has inspiring people.”
Carillion has a portfolio including health, education and regeneration, road, rail, defence and commercial property. With experience and projects that begin from consultancy at concept stages to ongoing FM and support services.
In the UK, it works in partnership with NHS organisations, supporting patient care to PFI hospital developments. Its facilities management services account for over 20% of the NHS outsourced facilities management services.
