Khidmah has won an FM contract from Abu Dhabi General Services Company, Musanada, for 17 sites for the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) including Al Raha Beach Theatre, New York Film Academy, National Theatre, and Bait Al Oud.
Musanada CEO H.E. Mohamed Khalifa Al Fahed Al Mehairi said: “Musanada is highly confident in Khidmah’s ability to provide all of ADACH’s 17 sites with international best standards.”
Khidmah won the three-year contract following a highly competitive tendering process. The contract will see the company provide MEP services, civil maintenance, landscaping services, cleaning, pest control, security services and hospitality services to the 17 sites.
Abdulla Al Qamzi, MD of Khidmah, expressed his delight at the win. “Khidmah possess a highly skilled and trained work force, and an integrated services management approach to provide all property services under one roof."
