MEFMA event to focus on role of OAM

RERA will open MEFMA’s next networking session which will focus on the strategic role of Owner’s Association Managers and its challenges in Dubai.

The networking event, which will take place at DWTC Club on Tuesday 6 September, will see MEFMA’s focus group share results of a report prepared by OAMs and FM industry members, highlighting the role of the FM, now the OA is concerned.

In adition, current market trends will be explored and changes in the industry following implementation of Jointly Owned Property Law will also be discussed.
