Khidmah has won a contract to provide the FM services for the Palm Jumeirah’s Oceana residential community.
The contract was secured after a competitive tendering process and will see Khidmah offer FM, MEP and civil services, cleaning, life guards and health club management to the development consisting of over 600 bedroom apartments. Khidmah will also work towards lowering energy and water costs for owners within the tower.
“With our dedicated workforce, experienced professionals and innovative/sustainable processes, we are confident to serve this new, prestigious community,” said Abdulla Al Qamzi, managing director of Khidmah.
“The addition of Oceana to our portfolio verifies our strong emerging position in the Emirate of Dubai and overall expansion in the UAE.”
