General Trading Group (GTG) of Qatar has announced the completion of the Muraikh Tower in the Old Salata area of central Doha.

Salata is strategically located in a rapidly-developing urban hub minutes from the New Doha International Airport.

The 14-storey building features a dedicated lobby and reception area on each floor, open-space office areas with high ceilings, a double-glazed silver glass curtain wall facade and raised flooring. Each floor has an area of 373m2 with six washrooms and two pantries a floor.

GTG is also in the advanced stages of constructing a boutique five-star hotel in central Doha.

“Recognising the need for smaller office space, Muraikh Tower has been designed specifically to meet the increasing demand for modular office space in Doha,” the company said in a statement.
