Musanada launches school build tender in Al Ain

Abu Dhabi General Services, the state owned company also known as Musanada, has launched a tender for the design and build for teachers’ accommodation in Al Ain.

The contract, its value undisclosed by the company in a series of published advertisements, invite all companies in Special Grade category to bid to build the buildings, in Al Showaib, Al Quaa and Al Wagan in Abu Dhabi emirate’s second city.

The total built-up area of the site is 37,500m2. The consultant is stioll to be appointed from those that have submitrted designs, Musanada has stated.

“The scope includes developuiing the design and constructing the same, based on the concept design and performance specification and criteria given by the employer.”

Tender documents will be collected this week up to Thursday; the deadline for submissions is 25 December.
