Khidmah sees communication as a crucial element in its business. It strives to seek new ways to improve customer satisfaction and has since implemented SMS software, allowing the bulk sending of SMS in both Arabic and English. This, it finds has resulted in reduced communication time, lower costs, a faster turnaround time and retention of communication records for better control.
Khidmah started using sms to communicate with its residents and clients in April 2011 and has since sent 47,000 sms to residents and clients. The software has made it easier to send urgent notifications and property related updates to residents in a timely manner. The software also results in a cut down of print and paper cost and contributes to protecting the environment.
