A new Middle East chapter of the National Construction Safety Executive has been formed.

AECOM’s Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) team in the Middle East has helped form a new Middle East chapter of the National Construction Safety Executive (NCSE).
The group, which comprises safety professionals from various industry organisations in the Middle East, will meet regularly to share best practices and develop training resources to improve employee health and safety.
“This new NCSE Middle East chapter is the first step towards improving the level of safety standards in the region,” commented Steve Wood, AECOM director, SH&E, Middle East.
“Our goal is to develop standard, consistent information that will help reduce and prevent exposure to construction site workplace hazards," said Wood.
