"In the current [market] situation, we have leased 25% and booked 50%, which is okay," said Sheikh Suroor Projects Department (SSPD) projects director Sami Al Khuwaiter.
Project manager Hill International is finalising the remaining three F&B outlets on the mixed-use development, according to project director Michael Scotese, namely the Japanese, French and so-called Floating Restaurant. "Those will still be ongoing for a while," said Scotese.
