The dome and mast of Princess Tower in Dubai Marina have been completed.

The dome and mast of Princess Tower in Dubai Marina have been completed, making it the world's tallest residential tower at a final height of 414m.
The project is in its final stages, and is expected to be handed over in Q2 2012. The record was held briefly by the 393m-tall 23 Marina, completed in 2011.
"In a city of skyscrapers, it is still an extremely satisfying feeling to have completed yet another recdord-breaking project," said Federico Tauber, president of developer Tameer.

With a land area of 3,475.5m2, Princess Tower has 763 luxury apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, in addition to penthouses overlooking the Palm Jumeirah. It includes a panoramic full-floor function area on the 97th floor.
The completion of Princess Tower, 23 Marina and The Torch at Dubai Marina mean that Dubai now has the tallest residential cluster in the world, according to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).
