Nation towers, the twin-high rise multi-purpose development by International Capital Trading L.L.C and located on the Corniche, is nearing full occupancy.
The project includes a 5-star luxury hotel, a beach club, high-end residential units, opulent offices and a boutique-style shopping area.

Nation Towers is home to the St. Regis Abu Dhabi Hotel offering 283 rooms and suites as well as the world’s highest suspended hotel suite, the Abu Dhabi Suite offering a panoramic view of the city. The hotel includes the St Regis signature butler service as well as celebrity restaurants such as Rhode’s 44 by chef Gary Rhodes and Italian favorite Villa Toscana.
The hotel has a health club as well as an underground air-conditioned tunnel leading up to the ‘Nation Riviera’, an outdoor place to unwind with multiple swimming pools, a pool bar, a children’s area and a private beach access.
The Nation Tower’s residential space features loft-style apartments, with scenic views of the capital and the Arabian Gulf, a full-service gym, a roof-top swimming pool, lounge bars, restaurants and a spa.
The 'Nation Galleria' will home retail brands with more than 85% of its gross leasable area currently leased to leading retail brands, gourmet cafés and restaurants. Popular cafes include Wafi Gourmet, Rodeo Drive, Bateel Café, Café De LA PAix and the Middle East’s first Burger Joint restaurant. Retail outlets include Al Fardan Jewelry, Mouawad Jewelry, Hit Gallery as well as Lamborghini’s new deluxe car showroom.
The 'Nation Offices', located in tower 2, is reaching 95% occupancy, home to various government offices such as Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA) and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and global firms such as Ernst & Young, Summit Global and Wintershall. Additionally tenants have access to a concierge service to conduct ‘business in style.’
