Pakistan's High Education Department (HED) has sought expressions of interest (EOI) from international firms, joint ventures and consortiums to develop a knowledge park in Lahore.
The project, called Lahore Knowledge Park, is a clustering of academia, business and research and development in the Punjab province's capital city.
HED intends to hire a partner for the preparation of a concept plan for knowledge/technology/science parks across the Punjab province, and a concept masterplan along with a business feasibility study that will include economic, legal, corporate, marketing, financial and governmence structure study for LKP.
Interested parties will be expected to partner with a local firm. The deadline for EOIs is 18 August, 2014.
