Lincoln Park in Dubailand's Arjan district is scheduled to be completed by mid 2010.
International Foundation Group (IFG) has picked up a US $2.9 million (AED10.72 million) enabling works contract for its Lincoln Park project at Arjan district in Dubailand.
The project is scheduled to be completed by mid 2010.

The scope of work includes all enabling work for plots 12, 16 and 25 at Arjan.
IFG specialises in geotechnical and foundation engineering.
Dubai-based private developer Damac Properties is the client.
"We are pleased to start the enabling works on yet another project from Damac Properties," said Peter Riddoch of CEO Damac Properties.
"This is a strategic development offering facilities to luxurious internationally designed environment and I am confident that this is going to be a unique offering."
Located on Emirates Road, Dubailand aims to become the world's top tourism destination with Arjan being a development within it, which has been designed to suit the busy lifestyle of fast-paced professionals.
Lincoln Park will be a mixed-use Chicago architecture style development with an ornamented front entrance, flat roofs with parapet walls and roof terraces.
The project will include a gymnasium, swimming pool and retail outlets on the ground floor.
