KSA homes ready for delivery in 2009

The first residential units in King Abdullah Economic City will be available to buyers in the first quarter of 2009.

Officials for Emaar The Economic City said they plan to hand over the first 1000 units in the Bay La Sun Village residential community. The properties had originally been expected to be completed by the end of 2008.

Bay La Sun Village is the first integrated community within the city, covering 2.5km².
