Saudi Arabia’s Public Pensions Agency announced that letters of intent have been sent to local and international architects and designers who have pre-qualified for the design of a range of low, medium and high-rise towers in the financial district south of Riyadh.
The letters of intent cover 45 parcels of land within the 1.6km2 site. Five towers will range between 150m to 300m tall and are valued at more than US $2.1 billion (SAR8 billion.)
Denmark’s Henning Larsen Architects is responsible for the master plan.
