Property developer Memon Investments has awarded a US $1.3 million (AED4.8 million) contract to Win Gate Electromechanical Services for the complete MEP works of Cambridge Business Centre.
The MEP contractor will provide materials and deliver complete electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting and fire alarm works for the commercial tower, located in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
The agreement with Win Gate follows the signing of contracts with other leading companies, including contract with Cairo Contracting Company for the construction of Cambridge Business Centre, and a shoring and excavation contract with Stromek Emirates Foundation (SEF).
