Developer Aldar Properties has invited companies to bid on a US$680 million (AED2.5 billion) town centre at its Al Raha Gardens development in Abu Dhabi.
Al Jaber Group built the first phase of the villas while the local General Transport Company won the contract to build the road network in 2006.
Cansult Maunsell is the infrastructure design consultant.
