Property developer Sobha Group has unveiled plots spanning 1,300sqm (14,000sqf) for investors and end-users within the Sobha Hartland master development along the Dubai Water Canal.

Sobha Hartland is an integrated freehold community in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

In a press statement, Sobha Group said the decision to launch these new plots follows "the interest generated from the recent inauguration of the Dubai Water Canal".

Buyers may build waterfront villas under the new scheme.

Remarking on the development, PNC Menon, founder and chairman of Sobha Group, said: "We are delighted to announce the introduction of another investment opportunity that the market needs.

"These plots are extremely limited and exclusive to those who want to build their own waterfront villas."
