SSH awarded Marassi Boulevard project in Bahrain
by Jumana Abdel-Razzaq on Feb 2, 2017Global design firm SSH has been awarded the full design contract for the Marassi Boulevard project by Eagle Hills in Bahrain.
Marassi Boulevard, a residential mixed-use development located within the Marassi Al Bahrain waterfront project, consists of four low-rise residential buildings of seven to ten floors.
This includes more than 240 homes, from studios to three-bedroom apartments as well as 700sqm of community retail spread across the development.
Daniel Hammond, General Manager of Eagle Hills Bahrain, said: “No detail has been overlooked by SSH, our architects involved in the creation of Marassi Boulevard’s design.
“We wanted residents to experience metropolitan living that suits a range of tastes, budgets and requirements, whilst retaining a sense of shared community.
“All visitors will find something to love at the boulevard due to its perfect balance between beautiful landscaping and retail offering - the major themes of Marassi Al Bahrain as a whole.”
Marassi Boulevard will also offer a gym, changing rooms, swimming pools for both adults and children, a playground for children and basement car park.
The official sales launch will be on Saturday, February 4, 2017.
Abu Dhabi-based Eagle Hills, a private real estate investment company, is currently developing a 37-storey branch of the W hotel and Skyline Residences in Amman, Jordan, due to be completed by mid-2017.
