A new $160 million (AED587 million) real estate project is soon to be launched in Kuwait City by Al-Shahed Real Estate Company.
The venture, called Dancing Tower, will consist of two towers of 63 and 50 storeys, which occupy a space of 5,600m2, and will be home to a five-star hotel as well as a number of offices.
The project was announced by Yousif Al-Majed, Al-Shahed Chairman, at a press conference on Saturday. He said the building is likely to take four years to complete.
Majdi Qambar, Al-Shahed General Manager, said that the firm had chosen Atkins, the UK’s largest engineering firm, to work on the construction of the building.
