Qatar: Msheireb awards contract to Teyseer-CCC JVby Fatima De La Cerna on Apr 2, 2017
Msheireb Properties has awarded the contract for Phase 4 of Msheireb Downtown Doha to a joint venture (JV) between Teyseer Contracting Company and Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC).
According to the Qatar-based developer, the contract covers major construction works for the development's final phase.
Phase 4 will boast a gross floor area of 132,000m2, and will feature a public plaza, as well as 11 mixed-use buildings. These buildings will consist of commercial offices, residential and retail space, five-star hotels, and a medical facility comprising clinical, administrative, and parking spaces.
The final phase of the project will also offer residents and tenants access to Msheireb Metro Station, Doha Metro's largest station, which marks the crossing of the transit system's Red, Green, and Gold Lines.
