The Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) is a non-profit professional organisation, initiated by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).

MEFMA was formed under the Dubai Association Centre (DAC), which has been established by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Dubai Business Events – part of Department for Tourism and Commerce Marketing – and the Dubai World Trade Centre.

MEFMA reaches out to members and governments across the Middle East for its conferences, open days, and networking events, which aim to help shape a sustainable built environment that would further socio-economic development now, and for future generations.

Using MEFMA as a platform, FM professionals throughout the region advance the practice of efficiently developing, maintaining and operating the built environment and attendant communities.

Alaa AlBoali, acting director of MEFMA, hosted a successful MEFMA event in March 2017.

A host of the region’s FM professionals came together at The Address Dubai Marina hotel on 12, 13, and 14 March, 2017, for the MEFMA Confex 2017.

The sixth edition of MEFMA Confex was attended by up to 600 FM executives and leaders from across the GCC, and featured sessions on FM products, processes, technologies, and trends.
