A joint venture between Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) and Brookfield Property Partners, ICD Brookfield Place is a $1bn development located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Dr Andrew Smith, technical director at Coffey, in this exclusive interview with Construction Week, talks about the challenges that Coffey encountered while carrying out geotechnical works on the ICD Brookfield Place project, and gives an update on its current status.
Smith was among the guest speakers at the International Conference on Recent Developments and Innovations in Geotechnics and High-rise Structures, a conference organised by Dubai Creative Clusters Authority (DCCA) and Midas IT from 16 to 18 May, 2017.
