SSH is a provider of infrastructure, master planning, building design, and construction supervision services in the region, with more than 130 projects in its team’s collective portfolio.

Currently, SSH employs over 1,300 people with offices in Abu Dhabi, Algeria, Bahrain, Dubai, Iraq, Kuwait, London, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.

Most recently, SSH was awarded a contract by Marsa Al Seef Real Estate Investment Company for the Marsa Al Seef mixed-use development in Bahrain.

SSH will provide the design of primary infrastructure and updating of master planning services at Marsa Al Seef. Services include the initial works on a 122ha site, forming the first phase of what will ultimately be a 235ha project.

Robert Hope CEO of SSH expressed his belief that market sentiment is improving. He stated that certain markets and sectors are being hit harder than others and that the key for SSH is to navigate a steady course around the region focusing on our key client relationships and delivering to the very demanding schedules.

He said : “I think that we will see a trend towards utilising consultants committed to and based in the region, who can draw upon world class expertise locally to meet the budget and time constraints that our regional clients face.”
