Wasl, the asset management group owned by Dubai Real Estate Corporation, has announced the appointment of BK Gulf, Operon Middle East and Imdaad as exclusive facilities management service providers for 778 villas and 32 mixed use buildings in Dubai.
The trio will provide a range of facilities management services including cleaning, security, life guarding, landscaping, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, as well as other technical services.
BK Gulf will provide services to 17 buildings and 225 villas in Bur Dubai; Operon Middle East will provide services to five buildings and 63 villas in Deira, and Imdaad will manage operations in 10 buildings and 490 villas in Satwa and Hudaiba.
This initiative represents the first phase in Wasl’s drive towards delivering appropriate and effective facilities management services across its current built estate. The addition of three mixed-use buildings and 41 villas is anticipated by April 2009.
