Champions Tower project.
Memon Investments, Dubai-based property developer and part of the international Memon group, has appointed Umm Al Quwain-based Hi-Tech Electro Mechanical Contracting to install York air-conditioners within four of its towers, namely Champions Tower I, II and IV and Cambridge Business Centre, projects valued collectively at AED715 million.
The AED13.6 million contract for 890 air-conditioning units will be supplied exclusively by Gulf Sail General Trading Group, the authorised distributor of York products in the UAE.
This is in line with Memon Investments’ aims to provide state-of-the-art residential spaces for global and regional investors and end-users, states the company.
Under the terms of the contract, Hi-Tech will supply and install its Affinity series air-conditioners, which feature a two-stage scroll compressor design.
