Ellington Properties announced the launch of its third residential building Belgravia III in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
Talking about the previous projects, Robert Booth, managing director, Ellington Properties, said: “Our first Belgravia project which reflects our ‘community within a community’ concept was received well by over 40 nationalities. Belgravia III will also reflect similar brand values, and its construction is underlined by the highest standards in design excellence and build quality.”
He added: “With two L-shaped buildings facing each other and overlooking a central courtyard complete with a swimming pool, attractive landscaping and a private seating area, the development presents two efficient blocks with distinct and separate identities. With 224 spacious studios, one and two bedroom apartments, Belgravia III will become an icon of elegant, contemporary architecture.
The building will have a bold contemporary exterior façade, with high ceilings in the living, dining and bedrooms.
There will also be a residents’ lounge that contains a pool area, seating area and a small cinema, the company said.
