Al Ashram Contracting Company and ePROMIS Solutions - Middle East and Africa jointly announced the implementation of the latest Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software at Al Ashram to accelerate its business growth strategy.

Officials from the two companies signed an agreement to migrate from an earlier edition of ePROMIS ERP to the most innovative ePROMIS ERP 12.5.

Al Ashram Contracting has been working in the UAE for the last 40 years and has built an excellent reputation as a trusted construction partner for key players in the private and public sectors. From towering skyscrapers to complex underground infrastructure projects, Al Ashram has the capabilities and experience to meet the demands and challenges of projects of varying scale and scope in the ever-evolving construction sector.

Being leaders of two key industries in the region, Al Ashram and ePROMIS Solutions maintain a long-standing association of over ten years.

The visionary leader and chief executive officer of Al Ashram Contracting Company, Malek Ali Fakih, remarked: “We must always be ready and striving towards innovations, improved technology, sustainability, and adaptation of the constantly growing and changing construction industry.

Rami Al Nairat, finance director at Al Ashram, said that the company's partnership with ePROMIS made significant contributions to the growth of Al Ashram. “As the company grew, we realized the need for enterprise mobility, global compliance, and cloud technology to help gain a competitive advantage in the market place. We didn't consider any ERP partner other than ePROMIS when we decided to modernise our ERP environment", he added.

The company is anticipating future growth initiatives to expand its business in the booming global construction marketplace.

“They have been with ePROMIS since 2007, so it’s incredibly gratifying to see that relationship come full circle and continue as a long-term strategic partnership," said Mathews Mathew, the CEO of ePROMIS Solutions Inc, who expressed his gratitude to Al Ashram for its decision to implement ePROMIS ERP 12.5.

Liju Mathews, regional marketing manager for the Middle East, shared that he hopes more construction companies will adopt ePROMIS ERP due to its capability to support the forthcoming implementation of VAT. ePROMIS ERP has been chosen from more than 600 ERP products and was listed as a Pacesetter in the prestigious FrontRunners Quadrant, powered by Gartner Methodology, he added.

ePROMIS is an American multinational software company headquartered in Houston, Texas, with regional offices, support center, and solution partners spanning the globe. The Middle East and Africa region head office of the company is situated in Dubai and is the region's largest software R&D centre.
