Al-Futtaim has announced that it is digitising its end-to-end service and operational processes with the use of GE Digital’s field service management platform, ServiceMax.

The Dubai-based conglomerate revealed in a statement that the GE system will replace the current manual processes within its facilities management (FM) division.

According to Al-Futtaim, ServiceMax will provide it real-time access and visibility across the business, allowing it to track, control, and monitor performance, and automate data collection.

Dr Hayan Sayed, CEO – Engineering and Technologies, Al-Futtaim, commented: “ServiceMax will play a critical role in increasing our business growth by improving both customer experience and customer retention.
