“Managing a facility in the 21st century is an increasing challenge,” said Raghavan. “Building owners and tenants are under increasing legislative pressure to reduce both energy consumption and maintenance costs, while providing a safe and efficient working environment amid heightened security concerns.
“We understand the unique pain points and challenges faced on delivering the aforementioned. Each building is different, as are the needs of the client. We have the ability to assess and tailor solutions on a case by case basis.
“In an ideal world, you’d move premises; in the real world, and especially during the correction the UAE is experiencing, you have to work with the building you’ve got.”
