Real estate developer, Mizin, has consolidated construction on all phases of its Remraam community project by awarding the contract to its main contractor, Dubai Civil Engineering (DCE).
DCE is already responsible for construction of almost half of the development.
Mizin, a member of Tatweer, said the decision will improve the project’s build quality and consistency and will help keep construction to deadline.
"With the ongoing construction work on the Remraam community in progress, the project is set for rapid progression towards its scheduled timeline completion,” Ahmad Sharaf, CEO of Tatweer Investments, said.

The property developer also announced that 65% of the development’s infrastructure work has been completed, while excavation works for foundations of 82% of the buildings have been finished.
“The recent change in capacity will allow developers to seek further added value and we are fully committed to complete the project in line with Mizin's requirements and timeframes,” said Nashat Sahawneh, DCE chairman.
