Aurora hands over Hyati Residence in Dubai's JVC

Real estate developer Aurora has handed over its $45.7m (AED 168m) project, Hyati Residence, in new Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle community.

In a statement, the UAE-based real estate firm said the project, which saw ECC Renovations involved in the scheme, has had an “overwhelming response”, with seven units remaining out of a total of 122 apartments and 20 townhouses.

Six studios, 82 one-bedroom apartments, 72 two-bedroom apartments, six linear two-beds, and a larger two-bedroom corner unit make up the 122-unit development.

Townhouses at the development all have four bedrooms, presented in a typical or corner layout.

Aside from UAE firm ECC Renovations, Aurora said other firms that worked on Hyati Residence included Abanos Interior Fit-out and Joinery, CoreServ Facilities Management, Prime Metal Industries, and United Masters Electromechanical.

Speaking on the handover, Zamahn Sajjad, project manager at ECC Renovations, said: “In this culturally rich region, we live among an array of nationalities and, therefore, Aurora must cater to a variety of difference preferences on how homes should support the family way of life.

“For Hyati Residence, we used the full extent of our expertise and all resources available to help make Hyati Residence a truly unique project.”

To date, Aurora has delivered 3.7ha of developments, primarily residences, and currently holds 6.7ha of new developments in the pipeline.

Looking ahead, the second construction phase of Hyati Avenue has begun; an addition set to deliver a further 103 units and 19 townhouses – all targeted for completion in December 2019.
