Masdar City

Masdar City is a new 6 million m2 sustainable development located to the south of Abu Dhabi.

Designed by Foster + Partners, the development will rely entirely on solar energy and other renewable energy sources, with a sustainable, zero-carbon, zero-waste ecology.

Once complete Masdar City will be home to 50,000 people and 1500 businesses, primarily commercial and manufacturing facilities specialising in environmentally-friendly products.
