Damac Properties has invited contractors to bid for the main construction contract to build 76 villas for the second phase of its New Cairo’s project in Egypt.

ECG has won the consulting contract to handle supervision and design. The first units are expected to be completed by the end of 2011.
Bassenian Lagoni Architects has designed the villas.
Alaa Ayoub, president of Damac Properties Egypt said, “We have set early May as the deadline for receiving tenders. Bidding results will be announced in mid May and the winning company will start project operations before the end of May.”
