What's your view on the recent decision to make the UAE the headquarters for Irena? Do you think it will drive the Gulf state to implement more green building policies and improve its environmental footprint?

Only establishing the IRENA HQ in UAE will not help. Serious & dedicated efforts should be taken by all including the other GCC countries towards using renewable energy in a much better way. Come on guys, better late than never. Lets start off.
