Dubai property investor Memon Investments has awarded Al Jassmy Contracting Co LLC a US $23 million (AED84.5 million) contract to complete the construction of Champions Tower IV in Dubai Sports City.
Raft works have commenced on the $123 million tower, and the main contractor has committed to complete the project within 22 months.
Other firms to be handed contracts include Stromek Emirates Foundation, which won a $0.5 million deal to carry out shoring and excavation, and ETA MELCO, which will install a high-speed elevator.
“Our primary aim is to maintain a consistently high level of quality and to make this the standard for all our subsequent projects,” said Rizwan Shaikhani, joint managing director of Memon Investments.
“In line with this goal, we have made it part of our strategy to partner with credible and trustworthy industry leaders to lend us their expertise and help us achieve the targets we have set for our projects,” Shaikhani added.
Champions Tower IV will house 266 residential units as well as a golf course, along with a health club.
