Etisalat FM has won a five-year contract at Sharjah International Airport.
Etisalat Facilities Management has won a five-year contract to provide services at Sharjah International Airport.
The FM subsidiary of Etisalat Services Holding LLC will provide a team of 84 staff to work in three shifts to raise the quality of the airport’s facilities management and provide a better service to passengers. This figure will rise to 100 in due course.
The company is planning to use PDAs and the latest FM software, as well as its extensive experience in this field, to improve services at the airport. Its Maximo software provides an essential tool for monitoring key performance indicators related to service level agreements and staff productivity.
'This continuous cooperation between the Sharjah Airport Authority and Etisalat is helping to deliver the latest technologies to raise the quality of services at the airport in the field of facilities management,” said Dr Ghanem Al Hajri, director general of Sharjah Airport Authority.
“We are confident that this partnership will lead to excellent results, which all stakeholders will benefit from and we would like to stress on our full assistance and cooperation to Etisalat Facilities Management in order to complete this project successfully,” Al Hajri added.
