Al Fara’a Properties, which is in the process of handing over Le Grand Chateau in Jumeirah Village, has confirmed it is on track to achieve its delivery targets for The Manhattan and Mulberry Mansions, both scheduled for the last quarter of next year.

“Construction on The Manhattan is on schedule, with the ground-floor slab already constructed in its entirety, including the ramps leading to the three basements,” said Al Fara’a Properties director Natasha Gangaramani.

“With the completion of the initial groundworks, we are now focusing on the superstructures of The Manhattan and Mulberry Mansions. Specifically, we are positioning the steel reinforced bars for the vertical elements in order to secure the first floor."

“We are confident we can deliver these projects by the end of 2010,” said John Baarens, GM of Al Fara’a General Contracting, the appointed contractor for the Jumeirah Village-based projects.

“We believe that swift, efficient and timely handover of projects holds as much importance to investors as the value of such investment as enhanced by construction quality and facilities offered,” affirmed Gangaramani.

Inspired by the urban residences of 1930s New York, The Manhattan will offer 355 units, comprising a selection of studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Marking the leading developer’s third project within Jumeirah Village, Mulberry Mansions will comprise exclusive, Victorian-styled townhouses with four bedrooms, a private two-car garage, a terrace, a balcony, maid’s room with separate access, and a small private garden.

In addition, residents of both developments are also set to enjoy the benefits of living in close proximity to medical facilities, educational institutions, shopping malls and movie theatres, beaches and parks.

The Al Fara’a group recently launched its facilities management division, aimed at ensuring longevity of investment through optimisation of the maintenance pool fund and sustainability of the investments’ value by leveraging the group’s expertise.

“Backed by the three decade strong solid track record of the Al Fara’a group, as well as the flexibility to meet our primary goal of excellence, our facilities management division will enable us to ensure that all our ongoing projects will be built according to global best practice,” added Gangaramani.

Dissapointment with Al Fara'a quailities and Property Management.
I just read this nice report regarding how Al Fara'a properties completing their projects on time. If any body lives in their properties???? I do. I'm renting the town house in Le Grand Chateau, and from the beginning we are suffering with their qualities. Nothing was done in the proper way. The electrical problems are there, mechanical problem are also available ( A/C units making unbelievable noises). It seems no body were following the International Standards for Noise Levels. We lived for 4 months without potable water, no DEWA connections was made. When it comes to DU services we went true the hell to get their services. No body couldn't explained to DU representative where is the main MDF room were located. The issue with Booster pump we still have it till now. Every few days we have to call their technician to come and to fix the water pressure in the bathrooms. So if Al Fara'a Properties saying that they have a good quality properties , let them call me on 050-8771952 and will do my favor to tell them that I would never live in their properties again.
