Radius Systems CEO Stuart Godfrey
Radius Systems, a manufacturer of plastic piping systems for utility infrastructure applications, is keen to move into local manufacture to bolster its regional presence.
“We currently have an office in Dubai manned by our own staff sales, with marketing and technical support being all UAE local. We are looking actively at building a greater presence in the UAE based on local manufacture; from there we will grow our representation around the region,” said Radius Systems CEO Stuart Godfrey.
“Our products are currently fully imported, but will not be if we are successful in our plans. With our business you need to be producing pipe locally to have a long-term sustainable business."

“We have plans to expand to several key growing markets in the world characterised by large populations with a need for infrastructure investment, the ability to fund it, and typically a stimulus fund to actively pursue such a strategy."
The Middle East market, and the GCC in particular, therefore fit the criteria, and we see it as critical to our future expansion plans,” said Godfrey.
