Dubai Properties announces Dubailand project dates

Dubai Properties is the developer behind Dubailand

Dubailand developer Dubai Properties has announced that five of its projects will be delivered by the end of 2009.

Executive Towers and Vision Tower at Business Bay, Shorooq Mirdif, and Al Waha and The Villa at Dubailand, are all expected by the end of the year.

“With the diversification of our portfolio and our wealth of industry knowledge and expertise, we are in a strong position to effectively respond to the new market demand by bringing together real estate, leisure and destination management projects, which benefit our customers and support the delivery of Dubai’s strategic vision,” said Dubai Properties group CEO Khalid Al Malik.

The developer is showcasing more than 15 developments at Cityscape this week, including Jumeirah Beach Residence, The Tiger Woods Dubai, and Al Khail Gate.
