Traffic increased for MTE Studios at this year's event.
A Dubai-based consultancy firm specialising in themed and interactive architecture has claimed that rising interest in specialist projects was attested to by increased traffic to their Cityscape stand when compared to the previous two editions of the exhibition.
"Cityscape 2009 has been the best year for us as the real estate industry has had time to reflect on the yesteryears and what attractions made a project successful. Having a themed element within a project makes it stand out and has added value offers for the consumer and more developers within the region have come to realise this fact," said MTE Studios CEO, Ludlow Verheyen.
MTE was lead consulting firm for the themed Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai, and provided original concept work for Dubailand.
