Bin Essa will be responsible for remaining construction of the Tiger Woods Dubai complex.
Dubai Properties Group has named Mohammed Bin Essa as the latest project director for the 55 million square foot Tiger Woods Dubai golf community, following Abdulla Al Gurg leaving the position to take up the group general manager role for the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group.
Bin Essa, DPG claimed, “brings a wealth of experience in strategic management and operations to the landmark development.” He will also oversee the construction of the project.
“I am confident that Mohammed Bin Essa’s experience and commitment will prove to be enormous assets for ensuring the future growth and completion of The Tiger Wood Dubai,” said DPG group CEO Khalid Al Malik.
“I am also grateful for the hard work and dedication Abdulla Al Gurg has demonstrated on this project and wish him well in his new role.”
Bin Essa was previously the general manager for strategic business development and risk management at Majid Al Futtaim Properties before being appointed director of operations for Dubailand, a position in which he will continue.
“His extensive background in operations and investor relations will help drive the vision of this extraordinary world-class development and allow us to reach the highest level of success in line with international standards of excellence,” concluded Al Malik.
