Single Business Tower due four months early

The project is almost complete

Dubai Investment Properties has announced that its Single Business Tower project will be completed four months ahead of schedule.

The project, originally due in March 2010, should now be completed by the end of November.

“[Arkiteknik International] designed Single Business Tower to be more energy efficient and self-sustaining, which in turn will not only reduce operational cost, but also help us protect the environment,” said Single Business Tower property manager Ani Vladi.

Single Business Tower consists of G+45 floors, containing 248 offices, along with seven retail units. The project is located on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road.
