Ramboll managing director Peyman Mohajer collected the award
Ramboll has won the Construction Week Engineering Company of the Year award.
The award, which celebrates excellence in engineering and design, was open to engineering firms and consultants across the GCC.
Judges looked for companies that had incorporated sustainable techniques and environmentally-friendly methods into their working practices, as well as demonstrating and an appreciation for architectural appeal.

Ramboll was recognised for “delivering a net-zero carbon and self-sustaining design for the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage staff working to restore the old forts in Liwa Oasis,” according to the panel.
Other nominees included Atkins and ETA.
