The Plaza Makkah will be the third Ramada in The Holy City.
Riyada International Hotels and Resorts Co – the licensee and developer for the Ramada hotel brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – will construct the five-star, 700-room Ramada Plaza Makkah hotel in Makkah.
To be developed by Tadawul Al Jezeera Real Estate Company, the property will open in 2011 and will be the third Ramada in KSA’s Holy City.
“Our strategic alliance with Wyndham Hotel Group’s Ramada brand has provided us with a unique offering for our clients and guests. This is our sixth Ramada property and we look forward to working on future projects with the Ramada brand,” said Al Masah Hotel Management Company’s MD Waleed Abu Sabaa.
