Cost control and efficiency drives are absolutely essential to the health of your project in the current climate, said Abdelrahman Muneer, development manager at Tekla.

“Now more than ever it is vital that project managers can display to all the involved parties, from the end client and financiers right through to the MEP and labour contractor firms that the project is being run as efficiently as possible with no wastage in the system,” said Muneer.

“It’s not just about good management - being able to display this information and prove that the project is being well managed from the outset could be the difference between a successful venture and the whole thing being cancelled.”

The company has seen such robust demand throughout this year that regional expansion is in full swing. “We are putting the final details together for the office in Saudi Arabia, and the next market to establish in will be Abu Dhabi,” explained Muneer.
